Website access and server logs
When the website is accessed, the hosting infrastructure necessarily processes connection data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser or device information, and response status. The form requests your name and email address and may also include your organisation, source market, investor type, area of interest, indicative amount, workshop interest, and message. Only name and email are required. The website sends the submission to our mailbox through our configured SMTP service and does not maintain a separate enquiry database.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry data to respond, assess a possible engagement, take requested pre-contractual steps, and protect against misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns a possible contract and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering genuine business enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is accessible only to authorised IIIH personnel and, where necessary, the collaborator responsible for the relevant region or sector. International processing
The controller is established in Iran and IIIH works with collaborators in several countries.
